Georgian blueberries are grown on clean mountain-foothill farms, many of them using organic methods. A deliberate spread of early, mid and late varieties keeps fresh berries moving from June right through September.

- Mid-season (Jul–Aug): Chandler, Legacy, Bluegold. Very large berries, commercial-grade
- Late (Aug–Sep): Elliott, Aurora. Sweet, high yield, long storage
