We run our own growing, sorting and packing operations, so we control quality at every step, from the branch to the pallet. That is how we can confidently stand behind the naturalness of everything we ship.

What we grow and export

The taste of Georgia in every fruit: sun, sea air and fertile soil do the work; we handle the rest.

Our production

Quality is built in, not inspected in

Our mandarins are grown in Chakvi, a subtropical strip between the mountains and the Black Sea. After harvest, fruit goes straight to our facility, where it is washed, graded by size and quality, and packed into export crates.

Loading happens the same day into refrigerated trucks, and the cold chain stays unbroken until the fruit reaches the buyer. Speed matters with citrus: so our process is built around it.

Export & documents

Documents and customs clearance

With citrus, time works against you. A shipment held at customs is a shipment lost. That is why we prepare the full document package for every load before it leaves the warehouse:

Road transit to most markets
3–7 days
From packing to loaded truck
Same day
Delivery terms
EXW / FCA / CIF

We advise buyers on import requirements for their market and make sure customs clearance takes hours, not days.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Fruit is loaded into refrigerated trucks on the day it is packed. Typical transit is 3–7 days by road depending on the destination; sea freight is available for distant markets. The cold chain is maintained for the entire journey.

Do you use chemicals?

Our fruit is grown using traditional methods, and we do not apply wax or preservatives after harvest. Every shipment carries a phytosanitary certificate confirming it meets import safety requirements.

What guarantees do we get?

Quality is fixed in the supply contract: variety, size grade, packing and residual shelf life. Each load is inspected and photographed before sealing, and claims terms are agreed in advance, so both sides know exactly what arrives.

Do we sign a contract?

Yes. Every delivery runs under a supply agreement that fixes the variety, quantity, quality, price, delivery terms (Incoterms) and payment schedule. It protects both sides and is the basis for resolving any dispute.
